Fishing in SW Florida has been fair at best the last couple of days. They are catching some trout, snapper and smaller redfish and snook. The next few days is forecast for warm nice 75 degree days. According to Capt. Kevin Merritt sinking lines have been working with larger profile EP flies, for the spin guys jigs and live shrimp are the best.

The mid-day low tides we'll be having the next few dayas should allow for some sight fishing when the water warms in the shallows.
