Captain Aron Blaisdell had another stellar day with the Liverpool scousers, Roy and Arthur. This was their first time fishing in the 10, 000 Islands and they hit it perfect. They caught too many Redfish to count. All the fish were in the slot and all were caught on live shiners under popping corks. The Snook were mixed in and hungry as well. The weather has finally calmed down and the red tide is not south of Marco Island where we fish. The baitfish are returning after being blown to parts unknown from hurricane Rita. Hopefully this is it for the devastating weather. This is going to be the best fishing of the year until the cold fronts. And if you fish during the week, there is absolutely no competition on the water. I saw 5 boats all day long. Get it while it's hot.
