November 23 With low tide at around 2:30, I decided to take my dad out to see if I could get him on a some tailers. We arrived to the flat with about a half hour left until the tide would start to come in. Tails were all around us. My Dad made a great cast to a big tail and let the Gulp Bait sit. He twitched it once, saw the tail go down and watched the fish eat. The end result was this, a nice 30 in. Red The battle

Finally....

I tried to get one but the fish were a little too spooky to get any good casts off....

We headed in after boating some nice trout on the way to some deeper water. Here's my biggest to date at 19 in., he ate a tan and white clouser minnow

November 25 My brother came into town for Thanksgiving so I promised I get him a red that he'd bring to the boat. So, around 2:00, we headed out for the low tide. While the water was too high for tailers, we worked some bushes and ended up with 2 small snook. My brother's snook

Mine...

Once the water got low enough, we headed to the flat in search of tails. I got up on the platform but found that the wind was perfect for a good drift. He hooked a nice red early on in the drift but since he didn't change the leader after the snook, it popped right at boat side. Once we got to the area we wanted to be in, I got up on the platform and had multiple tails in all directions. For every tail we tried to get to, we'd spook 10 others

Anyways, we were finally able to set up on one, he made a great cast in front of the fish, twitched it a few times, and it was fish on

The battle...

November 26 Fished with my brother, cousin, and cousins girlfriend.... Didn't get out till around 10 AM. We picked up 3 dozen shrimp and decided to hit some mangroves to try to get them there first snook. Shrimp under a popping cork would have been working well only if they could of brought the fish to the boat. They each hooked 3 or 4 snook none of them staying hooked long enough to stay in the boat. It worked out well since all of the fish were around 20 in.
