It was a beautifull day yesterday, my fishingbuddy Joop boasted that the temperature
would rise a whopping one degree C above freezing so we should go fishing.
We would have to attend the annual meeting of our German club in the evening so we picked the
nearby Dinkel river to fish.
That particular river was not exactly in my "wish to fish" list since it never yielded much or any fish
for me and there where far to many of those dreaded cormorants who cleaned the river of all fish.
So we wandered around the stream on the sections without hard water hoping for a stray
trout, yellow perch or pike.
It was a cold and sunny beautifull day, and as expected no fish.
At least the day yielded some nice pictures.
