I am fishing Lake Avalon in Sugden Park this weekend for the first time. Is there a spot to fish from on the bank? And what kind of fish would i catch and what should i use? (soft lizards, u tale worms, crankbaits, minnows, etc.) Thanx let me know if you know anything.

You can access the lake from more or less anywhere along the bank, last time I was there a fella told me he wades there. They also have a few docks you can walk out & fish from. I usually fly fish there, but when I have been spinning I have had luck of plastic worms & spinnerbaits for largemouth bass.

thanx do you use the standard spinner or mini and would chartruse and white spinner work?
