Has anyone ever fished east of the ramp, the flats or mcllvane bay?
what is good from that ramp?

Hi, Yes there can be good fishing in Mac and east of the ramp. Once caught a permit on one of the south points using a jig. Work the points and the shorelines. Ive had my best luck fishing the incoming tide but have caught fish on both tides. There can be some trout in ther open water on higher tides but I usually fish shorelines up tight for the snook and reds. Good luck.
