This morning I was the only fisherman at the marina.
It was quite chilly outside with no wind at all.
The water was calm and clear, the only disturbances where
caused by waterfowl.
Fishing at the moored boats remained fruitless so I fished
along the banks.
After half an hour I finally got into a good fish which took
the black zonker.
Good fish.
I hoped I had hit a school of perch but I got no hits anymore.
I tried once more to fish the docks and to my surprise saw some baitfish
coming up in the surface.
When a cormorant surfaced I knew it was time to quit.
