I fished Dean, Dean Jr and Max Ganzhorn. We were on the hunt for big snook today. We started the morning loading the live wells with live bates and then we headed for some early morning sight fishing just off the beach... The sun was high in the sky so locating fish was no problem. We caught snook after snook and had a few triple-headers on. As the tide bottomed out we left to fish another spot where the water was all ready on its way in. This was the spot and max (who is 7) hooked up to this 36 inch monster of a snook. With a little help for his dad they managed to bring the fish and many others to the boat. It was so awesome to see father and son in a battle with a trophy of a snook... Another great day on the water....
What a great time of year to fish!
Capt.
