Afternoon thunderstorms and warmer temperatures continue to make early mornings the best time to fish.
South of Naples, the bait still has not been as plentiful as normal. However, topwater plugs and flies are working well.
On falling morning tides, snook and reds are being taken on top water plugs along the outside points. Tripple tail are also being taken on crab and shrimp flies around crab pot markers.
Falling morning tides over the next five days should provide continued good fishing.
