Was wondering if it was worth renting one of the canoe-kayaks to fish in the preserve......or if your aloud to even fish it..

So we finally figure out that we can get to the bottom of the gulfstream off Ft. Lauderdale and find out where the huge fish have been hiding. The big problem with this is I think that NMFS will catch on sooner or later and figure out that these fish are on the bottom nesting and make it illegal to keep a fish over a certain size. The largest male swordfish that has ever been caught on record is just about 197 lbs so it may take time but I think they will eventually limit the size on them.
