On the FS forum somebody stated that he had caught a bonefish
while castnetting for bait. Are they present in Naples ?

Hi Marcel,

I've heard of some very small bones being caught in cast nets around sandy bars around Marco. I caught (i have a picture somewhere) a bone while jigging around coconut island at the mouth of the Big Marco river years ago but that's it. I suspect the bonefish that are here got caught in ther wrong tide somewhere. In Florida Bay there basically aren't any bones north of Man-o-war key
