This is the time of year when the best honey of the region is produced. The spring and early summer produce Citrus, Palmetto, Maple and a wide variety of other flowering plants. Our little worker girls have axnxiously been waiting for the summer. We've just harvested over 100lbs. of honey. Honey is excellent taken daily has it helps build up your immune system for allergies. We've justed moved our hives deep into the mangroves. Some consider Black Mangrove honey to be some of the best in the world. Mangrove honey should be in by mid August.
The Everglades Angler offers the honey in 8 or 16oz. jars.
