My son Dylan has been attending a fishing camp at the Naples Pier. It's a great camp sponsored by Collier County Parks and Recreation. The water is clear, there is loads of bait plus snook, tarpon, jacks, mackeral and more. It's a spectacle to watch all of the activity. The live shrimp were not working well as small shinners and glass minnows are thick and that what the fish are keying on. Spoons worked well for the mackeral.

Ah... my second home :)

There is nothing more relaxing than pier fishing.
In just a couple of months I will walk on the pier again.
And then when people ask me "what do you catch down
here" I can reply just like the locals do and say "fish".
